Terms of Service

Agreement

These Terms govern your access to and use of Morpheon and the morpheon.ai website, provided by ScanBIM Labs LLC, a Texas limited liability company. By using Morpheon you agree to these Terms.

The service

Morpheon is AI software for AEC and VDC workflows. Features, personas, and tools may change as the product develops.

Beta

Morpheon is currently offered as a beta. It is provided on an "as is" basis, may contain errors, and may change or be interrupted. Do not rely on Morpheon output as a substitute for professional engineering, code, or design review.

Accounts

You are responsible for your account credentials and for activity under your account. Provide accurate information and keep it current.

Plans, credits, and billing

Paid plans and credit packs are billed as described at checkout. Credits do not expire. Fees are non-refundable except where required by law. We may change pricing with reasonable notice.

Acceptable use

Do not use Morpheon for unlawful activity, to submit infringing or harmful content, to disrupt or reverse-engineer the service, or in any way that violates the rights of others.

Your content

You retain ownership of the content and files you submit. You grant ScanBIM Labs the limited rights needed to process and deliver your requested results. You are responsible for having the rights to the content you submit.

Intellectual property

Morpheon, the website, and related software and branding are owned by ScanBIM Labs LLC.

Third-party services

Morpheon relies on third-party providers, including AI inference and hosting providers. Their availability and terms are outside our control.

Disclaimers

To the extent permitted by law, Morpheon is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind.

Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, ScanBIM Labs LLC is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, and its total liability is limited to the amount you paid for the service in the twelve months before the claim.

Termination

You may stop using Morpheon at any time. We may suspend or terminate access for violation of these Terms or to protect the service.

Changes

We may update these Terms. Continued use after changes means you accept the updated Terms.

Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, without regard to its conflict-of-law rules. You agree that the state and federal courts located in Texas have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute arising from these Terms or your use of Morpheon.
