Overview

This Privacy Policy explains how ScanBIM Labs LLC, a Texas limited liability company ("ScanBIM Labs", "we", "us"), handles information when you use Morpheon and the morpheon.ai website. Morpheon is a product of ScanBIM Labs LLC.

Information we collect

Account information you provide, such as your name, email address, and company. Usage data, such as the tasks you run, features you use, and basic diagnostics. Content you choose to submit to Morpheon for processing, including prompts, project text, and files you share. Standard technical data, such as IP address and browser type, collected by our infrastructure provider.

How we use information

To provide, operate, secure, and improve Morpheon; to process the tasks you request; to manage your account and billing; and to communicate with you about the service.

AI processing and sub-processors

Morpheon routes each task to the AI model best suited to it. To produce your results, your inputs may be processed by third-party inference providers, currently Anthropic and Together AI. Application data is hosted on Cloudflare infrastructure. We do not use your inputs to train any AI model, and we do not sell your content or share it for advertising.

Data retention

We keep account and usage data while your account is active and as needed to provide the service. You can request deletion of your account data at any time.

Sharing

We share information only with the sub-processors needed to run Morpheon, when required by law, or to protect the rights and safety of ScanBIM Labs and its users. We do not sell personal information.

Security

We use industry-standard measures to protect your data. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

Your choices

You may access, correct, or delete your account information, and you may opt out of non-essential communications. Contact us to exercise these rights.

Cookies

The website uses essential cookies needed for it to function. We do not use third-party advertising cookies.

Children

Morpheon is intended for business use and is not directed to anyone under 18.

Changes

We may update this policy. Material changes will be posted here with a new "last updated" date.
