Common questions.

How does pricing work?

Subscribe to Morpheon Pro ($20/mo) or Max ($100/mo) for AI usage and feature access, or buy a credit pack for one-time top-ups. Credits never expire and stack with subscriptions. The wallet is shared with your ScanBIM account.

Does Morpheon train on my data?

No. Your inputs are never used to train any model. Your data stays within Cloudflare infrastructure and is not shared with third parties except the inference providers (Anthropic, Together AI) needed to produce your answer.

Why does Morpheon use multiple AI models?

Simple tasks like classification do not need the same AI power as writing a client proposal. Morpheon routes each task to the cheapest model that can do the job well — 30x more work for the same cost compared to a single-model wrapper.

Can Morpheon read my Revit or Navisworks files?

Not yet via text chat. Today Morpheon reads and writes text context. For full model ingestion — RVT, NWD, point clouds — use ScanBIM 3D (scanbim.app), which feeds directly into the Morpheon viewer. File ingestion direct via chat is on the roadmap.

Is there a team or enterprise plan?

Yes. Morpheon Team is $30 per seat per month with a 5-seat minimum — includes SSO, shared knowledge library, admin console, and centralized billing. For private deployments, custom fine-tunes on your BIM corpus, or SOC 2 / ITAR / CMMC posture, email enterprise@scanbimlabs.io.
